Why Integrate Wellness Into a Therapy Practice?
Mental and emotional health do not exist separately from the body. Stress, trauma, chronic illness, medication experiences, sleep patterns, and lifestyle factors all influence how we feel, think, and heal.
What Is Included
Wellness consultation services are provided by a licensed Registered Nurse functioning in a consultative, educational role. Sessions are collaborative and informational, empowering clients to better understand and navigate their health.
What It Is Not
To maintain clarity and protect client safety, wellness consultation services do not include the following. Clients are encouraged to maintain active relationships with their primary medical providers for medical care needs.
How Wellness Compliments Therapy
Wellness consultation can be utilized alongside therapy or as a standalone educational service. Therapy services and wellness consultation are distinct and provided within their respective professional scopes.
Who May Benefit
Wellness consultation may be a helpful fit for individuals who:
Our goal is integration — not replacement of medical care — and clarity in professional roles at all times. Wellness consultation is offered as an adjunctive, body-informed support designed to enhance whole-person well-being.
